Description:

-Support regional bidding teams with customized training proposals and pre-sales activities
-Coordinate and/or manage training program deliveries to multiple of our customers in the region following the defined processes
-Be the customer interface for more sophisticated, large scaled training programs
-Ensure customer satisfaction during and after training delivery, respond and resolve any issues arising the training delivery
-Work closely with the Chinese Headquarter Learning Services department to follow the business strategy and business targets 
-Align regional training resource needs with the Chinese Headquarter Learning Services department

-Do general training business analysis and make recommendations to the Chinese Headquarter Learning Services department for improvement of the training services to our customers
-Manage and support competence growth of the Chinese and local staff in the region
-Align with local services departments in local offices to fulfill any training or knowledge improvement requests
-Administer training opportunities and actuals sales/deliveries
-Manage, lead and motivate training resources before, during and after training deliveries
-Continuously seek and support new training opportunities at our customers
 

Requirements:
-Bachelor or master degree with a technical background, understanding IT and Telecoms, as well as inter-personal relations. When this qualification is not present, key experiences from previous jobs can be used as a substitute
-5+ years working experience in an IT (related) environment, understanding IT project delivery process steps, complications and dependencies in IT project deliveries
-Practical experience of knowledge improvement management or training program delivery management
-Demonstrated leadership abilities
-Strong verbal, listening and written communication, with the ability to adjust communication to different levels of audience
-Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities
-Excellent inter-cultural personal skills and ability to change its own perspective on the situation to another point of view
-Ability to be pro-active, self-motivated and self-directed
-Endurance to bridge between the Western European and Chinese cultures
