Responsibilities

-Management, coordination and leading a team of 10-50 people

-supervisory function in terms of ensuring a smooth operation of day to day business

-administrative handling, controlling and maintaining the work process

-preparation, communication and coordination of business data for the Head of China and the CEO,

-Coordination of local hiring, employee entrance and exit processes (HR functions)

-assign responsibilities and tasks within the entire team, setting up targets and control fulfillment of tasks. Giving advice, help and support all team members

-structuring the work in regards of improving the entire business process

-Managing external relationships and communications, acting as first contact point in regards of business requirements and customer contacts.

-negotiation with subcontractors, business partners and customers

-deciding business strategies and goals in cooperation with head of China and CEO

-A specified task description for general management, sourcing or manufacturing management, same as more info about the company can be requested separately.

-For factory manager: experiences in manufacturing and production necessary
