Key Responsibilities:
- Account opening/closing and administration for our private and corporate customers
- Counter business operations, including daily customer remittance, foreign exchange, internal transfer and other non-cash business
- Customer data maintenance
- Administration of post returns
- Handle customer E-banking operations
- Providing professional and efficient counselling (via telephone, Email as well as across the counter) to customers
- Marketing new customers (mainly individual clients), promoting banking products, providing customers with quality services
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the superiors
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Very good English and Germen skills
- Bachelor degree or above, finance, banking and related majors
- Knowledge related to HGB/IFRS and German Tax Laws
