Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account opening/closing and administration for our private and corporate customers
  2. Counter business operations, including daily customer remittance, foreign exchange, internal transfer and other non-cash business
  3. Customer data maintenance
  4. Administration of post returns
  5. Handle customer E-banking operations
  6. Providing professional and efficient counselling (via telephone, Email as well as across the counter) to customers
  7. Marketing new customers (mainly individual clients), promoting banking products, providing customers with quality services
  8. Perform other responsibilities assigned by the superiors

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  1. Very good English and Germen skills
  2. Bachelor degree or above, finance, banking and related majors  
  3. Knowledge related to HGB/IFRS and German Tax Laws
