• Selection of the project team members in cooperation with the department head
• Task allocation, team building and conflict resolution within the project team
• Transfer of information from the planning phase into the project
• Set-up the specific project organization
• Establishing and maintaining adequate project plans
• Care for contact with the costumer and suppliers and check contract compliance
• Writing of status reports and responsible for the controlling

• Bachelor degree or Master degree of a technical study, preferably mechanical engineering
• Working experience: at least one year in China
• Experience in the execution of projects in mechanical engineering and plant construction
• Experience in Building site desirable
• fluent knowledge in German and Chinese
• appropriate social skills
