For our office in Beijing, we are looking for a Head of Marketing Consulting (f/m) for a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS …

- As Head of Marketing Consulting you identify, develop and implement marketing, brand and digital strategies, tactics and programs to increase brand awareness, engagement, advocacy and/or sales.

- Define customer segments based on needs and behavior and create highly effective and efficient campaigns to maximize Marketing ROI.

- Shape and implement innovative products and performance campaigns for our clients’ business objectives in cooperation with our technical, analytical and design departments.

- Leading, creating, deploying and managing the portfolio of digital marketing strategies will be part of your assignment, as well the effective supervision and coordination of interdisciplinary teams in international projects.

- You supervise the initiation of new topics and projects and report directly to Management.

YOUR PROFILE …

- You have an excellent university degree in economic or communication science, media management, mathematics, statistics or a related field, ideally with a focus on innovative market research or (online-) marketing

- 7+ years professional experience, preferably in the areas of consulting, business intelligence or marketing

- Proven track record of implementing entry market strategies for complex technology-based products or services

- In-depth experience in working with and managing international teams

- You have a deep understanding of the digital dynamics of the Chinese market

- Your ability to analyze complex facts and circumstances is supplemented by your passion about data and keen awareness for trends in the technology and digital space

- You have excellent writing skills and are an articulate, accurate, and timely communicator who can build and sustain momentum

- You are comfortable and able to confidently and credibly share your point of view and expertise. Frequent contact with clients through email, phone and in-person meetings is required

- You bring a high degree of creativity and resilience, as well as the ability to work independently

- Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
