Sales Manager China (f/m)

We are currently looking for you for DB International GmbH in our region “Asia & Pacific” at the Beijing office.

Your tasks

-Developing, communicating and implementing marketing & sales strategies and action plans to effectively expand DB International’s presence and sales in China

-Bid proposal management and monitoring of the economic project handling and contract management

-Creatively identifying and penetrating new business in the field of railway engineering and consulting

-Creating and placing new products for our client’s demands in cooperation with the technical departments

-Collaborating with engineering and commercial support internally and externally to coordinate delivery of DB International’s services

-Assisting the Regional Director in gathering and consolidating market and competitor monitoring database, and update the database regularly

-Management of our representative office in China

-Organization of events such as conferences, meetings and customer seminars

Your profile

-Technical or commercial degree required, preferably with railway relation

-Sales and marketing experience, with specific experience in railway business

-Proven international working experience, preferably in German railway business

-Passion for business and travel in China

-Fluent Mandarin and English required, German appreciated

-Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills and persuasive power, spoken and written
