Description:

This job is responsible for the development of new business for Huawei software services in the Western European market, with focus on mobile, fixline and alternative operators. This position will be responsible for the development of services sales propositions and offers for winning complex Systems Integration and Managed Services opportunities in Western Europe. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with services portfolio, sales & account teams, and delivery. Using established managed service and delivery solutions for target customer base, this role will also be responsible for working with other service leaders to build a go-to-market strategy for the selling of services to key and targeted customers within Western Europe.

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Take lead role for WEU Services Sales for all complex opportunities, including managing and creating responses to associated RFIs & RFPs
- Meet with customers in all stages of the sales cycle as services expert capable to independently interact with customer operations and delivery teams and to support business case, financial evaluation and C-level engagement
- Establish sub-regional and customer-targeted Services Sales promotion strategies with associated sales leaders
- Drive regional account teams and sales to ensure a healthy pipeline for Managed Services and Systems Integration
- Manage & report against all activity associated with new opportunities 
- Work with sales teams, product & solutions experts, account primes and delivery support for the development of Services Sales solutions and proposals 
- Provide input to the development and continual improvement of the services portfolio & methodology and support as necessary
- Create new & innovate commercial terms for services contracts
- Establish, managed and continually contribute to the collection of collateral used in the selling process
- Establish regular training programs for WEU sales & account teams on service solutions
 

Requirements:
Required Experience & Skills: 
- 3 -5 years experience in software/cloud managed services pre-sales -sales. (Services domain with telecom operators with focus on IT Outsourcing specifically with BSS managed services and systems integration)
- Experience with the sales cycle for the selling of services
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices such as ITIL and ISO relevant to software service management
- Ability to present to customer operational level and customer exec’ level
- Strong written skills with ability to produce unified customer proposal from a collection of entries
- Experience with portfolio development, service architecture and service descriptions
- Background and familiarity with industry trends for BSS/OSS/IT Cloud, Software-as-a-Service, internet datacenter, service management, etc.
- Fluent English a must. Spanish or French considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel in Western Europe regularly is a must. 
- Location is Huawei’s Western European Headquarter in Düsseldorf-Seestern
