Description:
-Perform Radio Planning and Optimization tasks in a project. 
-Responsible for network elements monitoring, analysis, fine tuning, optimization and troubleshooting. Finally to guarantee a successful delivery. 
- Understanding and maintaining customer complaint/requirements with the proper communication. Reach customer expectations according to proper approach. 
- Provide optimization technical support to customer teams. Write, review, adjust and present troubleshooting reports and other clarification materials to customers. • Support other colleagues for network performance topics or issues. 
- Knowledge transfer to other team members. 
- Identify opportunity for service sales and transfer to responsible team. 
- Assistant to the responsible Management team
 

Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in GSM/UMTS/LTE Radio Network Planning and Optimization
- Fluent German and English language skills for conversation, reading and writing
- Good skill to maintain and improve customers’ relationship
- Good report generation and presentation skill
- Other vendors’ experience is advantage
- Team organization and management experience is advantage
- Service product customization and sales experience is advantage
- Team player
- Motivated, high self-study capability and flexible
- Willing to travel in Germany 
- Willing to work in high pressure, fast-paced changing and multi-cultural environment
• Driving license (advantage)
• Must have valid work permit for Germany
