You will contribute to our success in a multicultural, collegial work environment by

- Supporting the marketing team in implementing the degree program marketing strategy

- Organizing student recruitment events in Germany and abroad

- Representing ESMT at degree program recruitment events

- Delivering presentations at universities and other partner organizations

- Managing a database of application prospects, initiating creative solutions to keep in contact with them, in person and electronically.

- Assist in maintaining the ESMT degree programs web site

- Assist in analyzing statistical data from marketing and recruitment activities

- Contribute to creating and sustaining relationships with schools, agents, and educational organizations in Germany and worldwide

- Anticipating challenges in the recruitment cycle and initiate creative solutions to them

The position requires

- At least a Bachelor’s degree, a Master in Management or similar would be a plus

- Excellent self-organization, multitasking, time management and detail orientation

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and German

- Flexibility regarding working hours and ability to manage stress; ability to work on weekends when necessary

- Enthusiasm to travel extensively in Europe and internationally

- Fluent English and German skills required; language skills in other major languages (especially Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian) are a plus

- High level of computer literacy (in particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Preferably, experience managing databases, data analysis and social media expertise

This position reports to the Global Marketing Manager, Degree Programs. Preference is given to applications that demonstrate experience in the field of education or recruitment and proven ability to work in a multicultural environment. The position is scheduled to begin August 2013.
