Position/Title:                       Sales Assistant
Accountable:                                    Sales Manager 



1.General Job Function

TheSales Assistant performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities tosupport the 
salesstaff. The Sales Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of informationand follow up for existing and prospective customers. This position reports tothe Vice General Manager.



2.Responsibilities and Duties (essential)

 


  • Processing     sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports.
  • support     service and project execution
  • Answers telephone calls, conveys     messages, and monitors the flow of e-mail.
  • Answers     routine product questions and directs questions to appropriate personnel     when necessary.
  • Maintains     customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and     distributing monthly reports


2.Responsibilities and Duties (operational)

 


  • Performs     the duties of international shipping of sales support literature and     customer orders under the direction of the Sales Manager
  • managing     import and export operations and ensure accurate information is provided     to the regulatory customs bureau
  • organize,     formulate and prepare master schedules to confirm delivery dates
  • Data     entry to track the delivery of sales literature, product samples and other     necessary services to customers as directed by the sales staff or     management.
  • Forwards samples by entering request; arranging     shipment; notifying customer
  • responsible     for optimizing logistics process, goods delivery controlling
  • have on-site     inspection for parts claim
  • regularly     implement on-site inspection for parts claim
  • Purchase     samples as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned.

3.) Experience and Qualifications:
• High school graduate, 2 or 4year college graduate preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills andcomputer knowledge with proficiency in database  management and word processing.
• Demonstrated proficiencycomposing written communications.
• High energy level, comfortableperforming multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
• Resourceful, well organized,highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.
• 3-5 years previous job experience withcustomer service or sales support experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Word,Excel, PowerPoint etc.
