Tasks
Ensure the planning and implementation of process for series changes and launch of new models

Key Responsibility
·         Creation and maintaining of ZMD system                    
·         Planning and introduction of series product changes                      
·         Planning and introduction of new model launches                     
·         Product and process planning using VPS principles                    
·         Design and construction of tools, jigs and fixtures                   
·         Contact partner for technical problems not resolvable in Schaller 1 and 2 and link to COC's                    
·          Key user for systems and program updates related to job card and fitment points    
·         Simulation of technical processes                    
·         Technology capacity and resource planning                     
·         Vehicle projects assembly                    

Qualification
·         Bachelor/ master degree in mechanical or automotive engineering.
·         Knowledge of automotive engineering                         
·         Knowledge of industry engineering                        
·         Proficiency with computer operation and MS office knowledge   
·         Skills of communication with others                        
·         Competency project planning and management                    
·         Proficient English                
·         Background in automotive engineering or mechanical manufacturing knowledge, at least 4 years
·         At least 4 years experience with automotive plant preferably in control areas such as process planning or similar
·         1-3 years experience in working experience in international operating companies
