About this job:
Meflex Telecontrol is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant of its Shanghai Representative Office in Nan Hui Area. As a Sales Assistant, you will ensure that the Divisional Director has excellent administrative support, enabling him to focus on business development and high-level management issues. You will be an excellent organizer and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the ability and flexibility to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Duties include:
- Sales activities of technical products;
- Coordinate technical customer projects;
- Purchasing activities of technical products;
- Organize meetings and follow-up on pending topics;
- Organize and prepare documents for management meetings;
Experience and qualifications required:
- 1-2 years’ experience in above mentioned working areas;
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office 2010;
- Highly developed organizational skills;
- Speaking and writing skills: Chinese (native), English (fluent);
- Basic technical knowledge;
- An ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Perfect verbal and written communication skills;
- Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality;
