Employment – full time
Tasks
· Coordination/ steering of supply planning activities, Planning and documentation of the supply processes from the local suppliers with the focus on future models
· The work has to be done at both Tiexi and Dadong plants
· Therefore the laptop is needed for very often trip between 2 plants and easy access to the planning document
· Key Responsibility
· Development of supply concepts and the deflection of the necessary structural sanctions
· Further development of the SC master document
· Overall planning of the logistics processes with consideration of all restrictions between the technologies
· Assessment of flow of materials and processes
· Development of strategies and logistics concepts
Qualification
· University degree / graduated preferably in automotive engineering, industrial engineering or business administration or logistics
· Knowledge of PC skills
· Competency of Structured thinking and analytic exposure with complex system
· Competency of Quality consciousness
· Competency of Communication ability, cooperation with intercultural teams, conflict ability and positive exposure
· Competency of Ability to exposure to high complexity, interest and openness to other technologies, implementation ability and ability to assert himself
· Proficient English
· Competency of Positive exposure with high uncertainness, creativity, innovation and vision ability
· Competency of Handicraft skills, self-initiative, improvisation skills
· Competency of Open-mindedness in dealing with others
· Background in very good experience in the planning of logistics processes, structures and equipment, 1-3 years
