舍弗勒管理培训生(南京)

Program Introduction
- Schaeffler Trainee Program (STeP) is a 12-18 months duration fast-track leadership development program which focuses on hiring fresh graduates who held master degree or doctor degree with great potential to move higher in the organization. We will work together with you to develop your specialist skills and leadership capability with regards to the job requirements. We guide you to realize your full potential.
- After getting into the program, you will be facing rigorous projects, cross function working experience, higher standard of job responsibilities, as well as systematical development program for professional skills and leadership capabilities.
- Upon graduation, Schaeffler Group Greater China will offer you a challenging position according to your performance and further potential in key areas like Industrial, Automotive, Manufacturing and Central Functions.

Qualification Requirements:
- First-class graduates with master degree, major in Automotive, Mechanical, Automation, Finance, HR, SCM, etc.
- With at least 6 months practical experience, excellent in English and German
- Willingness for shop floor practice in metal processing for 6 - 12months for trainee in manufacturing
- Fit for Schaeffler culture and competencies
- Can-do-attitude, Down-to-earth, Problem solver
